Clear, modern web design that works.
With a background in design and photography, Nataliya Lalor builds custom Squarespace sites that combine strategy, visuals, and usability.
About Nataliya Lalor
Nataliya Lalor spent nearly a decade professionally designing websites and advertising campaigns for global brands like IBM, Post Cereals, Starburst, Kraft Foods, AMEX, Delta Airlines, E*Trade, and Dyson. As she transitioned to running her own photography business, she expanded her knowledge to how to design websites specifically for entrepreneurs and small business owners. It’s not about how good a website looks anymore, it also has to be clear, easy to understand, and walk the user through a process that will lead them to buy at the end.
Core values and integrity matter.
Clarity
Every design choice, from layout to copy, is made to ensure your message is clear and easy for clients to understand.
Simplicity
Websites should feel effortless to navigate and painless to launch. The process is straightforward, not overwhelming.
Collaboration
Clients are partners in the process. Input is welcomed, and every website is built to reflect the business it represents.
Professionalism
Every project is handled with care, organization, and a focus on delivering high-quality work on time.
The Timeline
How 2 Weeks Can Turn Into a Fully Functional Website
1. Project prep
1 week before kickoff
First, we’ll have a phone consultation to make sure I understand your needs and can accurately estimate the project. You’ll receive an invoice for the job that fully outlines everything that’s included as well as the total cost. A 50% retainer payment is due 1 day before the project kickoff. During this time, you’ll also receive writing prompts for your new website and a proposed website structure wireframe. And this is a great time to gather and send all your brand assets and imagery.
2. Project Kickoff
Day 1-7
We kick off your project with a Zoom call where we go over your current website, get to know your business and your clients, and review the proposed structure wireframe. Once that structure is approved, I start the design and build of your website. During this time, I might reach out for any assets, imagery, or clarification, but mostly you can relax knowing that I’m actively working on your site.
3. Reviews & Changes
Day 7-13
Our website review will take place 1 week after the project kickoff. About 24 hours before our meeting, I will send you a link to access and view your new website so you can come prepared with your comments and changes. This week is all about making edits and preparing your website for launch. I will also be doing full QA/testing and SEO on your new site.
4. Launch
2 weeks after project start
Once everything is perfect, I will make your new website live (typically clients prefer to give me access to their domain provider and I will take it from there). I do another check to make sure that everything is still working the way it should and will provide 2 weeks of support for any issues that might come up post launch. Please note that the final 50% payment is due at this time.
