Yes. If you already have a site, I’ll audit what’s working, what isn’t, and help with structure, messaging, and design to make it clearer, more effective, and aligned with your current goals. The new build process includes reviewing your current site as a starting point.

The build process is 2 weeks from kickoff to launch. In that time, I handle everything: design, copywriting, image selection, edits & changes, and I provide post-launch support, too.

You’ll be involved in key steps:

• First, a strategy call to understand your business, vision & goals.

• Then you’ll fill out writing prompts so I can write copy in your voice.

• You’ll review and approve the wireframe/structure before the build.

• After the initial site is built, you’ll have a chance to review and request edits. There’s 1 week for reviews & feedback built into the timeline.

• What’s included: Strategy & business clarity meeting, current website audit (if you have one), page content structure (wireframe), full copywriting (with your voice), design & build in Squarespace, SEO & image optimization, mobile/responsive design, and a walkthrough so you can update things on your own once we’re done.

Yes, there can be ongoing costs depending on what you need:

• Your Squarespace subscription, domain registration, and hosting are separate and ongoing. You pay for these because you are the owner of your website and don’t need to rely on a 3rd party to keep it current.

• If you want any updates, new pages, or additional functionality later, those are often are charged by the hour and are considered ongoing maintenance work.

You own everything: content, design, and images (except stock images or other licensed items) are yours once the site is complete and final payment is made. I’ll also make sure you have access, are the website owner, and can make changes once we’re done. The walkthrough I do ensures you can manage the site yourself moving forward.

Yes. Once the site is launched:

• You’ll get a walkthrough tutorial showing you how to make updates to your new Squarespace site.

• There is also 2 weeks of post-launch support included, during which I’ll do with any small fixes and answer any questions you might have.

Yes. Every site is built to be responsive (mobile- and device-friendly) and I optimize images, page content, and structure so search engines can find you. SEO tagging is built into each page and image.

Yes, those are all available as add-ons.

For example:

• Acuity booking setup is an additional cost, but integration of booking (whether that’s Acuity or another product) is included.

• Custom CSS is often included for style and functionality as needed.

• If you need extra pages, blog migration, or special functionality, those can be added in.
